Like any church, we are always looking for people who are willing to give their time and service to those in our congregation and community. Below you will find a list of our current needs along with a link to the responsibilities and requirements for each position. Whether you are planning on living in Costa Rica permanently or for just a few months we would love to have you on our Dream Team of volunteers.
CHILDREn's MINISTRY
It is said that by the age of 13 most people have already formed a religious belief system which they will hold throughout their entire lives. Because of this, we believe our children's ministry has a tremendous responsibility in helping to shape the spiritual and moral foundation for the children of our church. One of the ways we accomplish this goal is by having the best volunteers serving children within our congregation. Below is a list of all the volunteer positions we have available.

YOUTH MINISTRY
One of the biggest challenges churches face today is helping our young people stay involved with a local church once they graduate from high school. Our goal at IBC is to help prepare students for life after high school by creating environments which promote godly relationships and solid bible teaching. Our youth volunteers help with teaching our youth classes in a way that is relevant and engaging for high school students. For more information in serving our youth click below.
Adult Ministry
It is within a community Group setting where our church tries to educate our members in how to study and apply Biblical teaching. Our Gospel Project Teachers and Life Group Leaders are responsible for helping our congregation not only grow in their knowledge of Holy Scripture but also serve as a guide in how they can apply what they learn to every day life. Worship Ministry
God intends for our private and corporate worship to be both enthusiastic and participatory. When we are engaged with God based on His goodness, faithfulness, and love, worship becomes exciting and meaningful.
Sunday Morning Volunteers
