Rev. Dr. Neville Gosman
Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Neville Gosman has dedicated his life to serving Christ since his call to ministry at age 16. With over 30 years of pastoral experience in Canada and international ministry in Bulgaria, Poland, and now Costa Rica, he also holds multiple academic degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry focused on mentoring first-time leaders.
His wife, Donna, grew up in Kenya as the daughter of missionaries and serves as Operations Manager for the International Baptist Convention. Married for nearly 34 years, they have four married children and six grandchildren.
Neville currently serves as volunteer campus pastor for IBC’s new satellite congregation in Grecia, Costa Rica, launching August 2025, training local believers to share the gospel in their community.
Fun facts: The Gosmans are descended from Black Loyalists who settled in Canada in 1789, and they are also passionate beekeepers.
