Iglesia Bautista de Buenos Aires:
A few years back International Baptist Church was fortunate enough to purchase and
establish a daughter church in the local farming community of Palmares, just north
of San Jose, Costa Rica. The building has been a mission project for some teams
visiting from the USA and is beginning to become a usefull asset to the small area of
Buenos Aires hosting a Bible School for the children during the summer. This event
has sparked a regeneration locally, allowing the building to be a center of community
activities. Our thanks go to all that have contributed. Our door is also open for other
mission teams who may want to explore God's beauty in Costa Rica while helping
with the "Great Commission" . Matthew 28: 18-20

Amor en la Calle: A Ministry that actually takes children out of the streets of Costa
Rica. This is a project created to equip parents and children alike to face the woes of
poverty. Many families in poor areas find that turning their children to the streets to
make money for the family is the only option to survive. Amor en la Calle educates and
provides help for some of these families in two locations in the greater San Jose area.
